After a rich career in arts administration in museums and as the Executive Director of the Art Students League of Denver for eleven years, today I am a Colorado artist working in ceramic sculpture. Centered on narrative themes from a woman's point-of-view, each abstracted figure has an energy created by exaggerated gestures, distortions, and nuanced expressions defining character. Many speak to the vulnerability of women, yet come from a place of strength. Textured paper clay is my medium.
