UNIT 1
This is the most “officey” area of the building. The 12 studios have eight foot walls, closed ceilings, and is on the second floor. It is a bit quieter than the other parts of the building, but is air-conditioned, has two common areas, and a full kitchen.

UNIT 3
This area of the building has nine foot walls open to 16' foot ceilings. No major power tools are allowed. The 17 studios house artists and creative businesses. They are connected to Unit 4 and take advantage of the large common area and kitchen cart.

- Unit 3-M 125sf unique triangle studio features a glass entry door, and windows to the common area with lots of natural light.
UNIT 2
These studios are spread over two floors. Those numbered 20 through 24 and 40 through 45 are filled with artists and business that use no power tools. Studios 30 through 38 are a mixed area. Small, light tools can be occasionally used. Because of open ceilings, we are not hosting wood or metal workers.

AVAILABILITY
- Studio 34 is 326sf on the 1st floor of Unit 2. This interior space is a little less finished than most of the building and is priced at a lower rate. It has worked well for artists, jewelers, sewers, etc. and can easily be shared by a few people.
- Studio 40:This large studio on the 2nd floor of unit 2 is 823sf, there is a west facing window, built in storage and a mini fridge with a cabinet and counter top. Great space for painters, jewelers, sewers, etc. and can easily be shared by a few people.
- Studio 41 This 390sf studio on the 2nd floor has a glass entry door, and a west facing window.
- Studio 42: This 394 sf studio on the 2nd floor of Unit 2 has a full glass entry door and a high horizontal window facing common space , and a north facing window. This a light and bright studio. It is great for sharing and fits 2 or 3 people easily.
- Studio 44B is 340 sf. has a full glass entry door, a north facing window, and 9 foot walls open to 16 foot ceilings. large space for can be built out for storage.
UNIT 4
This area of the building has nine foot walls open to 14 foot ceilings. No power tools are allowed and hosts a mixture of artists and businesses. There is a common area with a coffee cart, seating area, and a garage door open to a dock with outside seating.
